Dawn Gray edits a blog for the ACFLS (Association of Family Law Specialists).
I've heard that Dawn is a respected editor. But she should update her March 25, 2011 blog entry. She got denied in trying to get this case de-published. They requested a rehearing and their hearing got denied. We asked for a hearing too, and the appeals court gave us everything we requested in the re-publication of the now-famous Fong case.
I can't comment on the blog entry because I'm not an ACFLS member, but Dawn should change this last sentence of her blog: My edits are in red:
Clearly, Marci couldstill no longer seek sanctions under these sections. Also, both parties have filed petitions for rehearing; the case is not yet final.
